When you contact us
If you send our contact form you provide your name, email address, what the message is about, and the message itself. We use it only to reply to you.
- The message is not stored on the website – it is emailed to the right person in the chorus.
- The email stays in our inbox for as long as the matter is current. Ask us and we will delete it.
- The website is hosted by One.com, which stores the technical operating data.
Cookies and tracking
We do not track you. There are no visitor analytics, no advertising tools and no social media cookies here.
- The site sets one single cookie,
pll_language, which remembers whether you read the site in Swedish or English. - The videos on See & hear are embedded in YouTube’s no-tracking-cookie mode and load only when you scroll to them. If you choose to play a video, YouTube’s own terms apply.
Photos of chorus members
The website features photos and video from concerts, competitions and rehearsals, used to show what the chorus does. If you appear in a picture and would rather not – email info@pearls.se and we will remove it.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. Email info@pearls.se and we will help you.
If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
